This Privacy Policy explains how Wren Harbor 26 LLC, doing business as FrameTack ("FrameTack", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your information when you visit frametack.com or buy from us. We aim to collect only what we need.

Information we collect

Order information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications: messages you send us, including claim photos and videos.
Marketing preferences: your email address if you sign up for our emails.

How we use your information

To process and ship your order and send order and tracking updates
To provide support and handle exchange and damage claims
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
To understand how people use our site and improve it

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the store:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments
Artelo, our fulfillment partner, which receives your name, shipping address and order details to print and ship your order
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order
Analytics and advertising providers, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and similar tools
Email service providers, if you opt in to email
Authorities or advisers, when required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, to run the store, measure traffic and show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed and items added to cart. Under some state laws, sharing data for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out by using your browser's cookie controls, ad settings on Meta and other platforms, the Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing us.

Email marketing

We send promotional emails only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Order and shipping messages are not marketing and will still be sent.

To make a request, email support@frametack.com. We may need to verify your identity first. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We will respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days. We may keep information we are required to retain, such as order and tax records.

Data deletion

To ask us to delete your data, email support@frametack.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address used for your order.

Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
