Overview

This website, frametack.com, is operated by Wren Harbor 26 LLC, doing business as FrameTack ("FrameTack", "we", "us"). Wren Harbor 26 LLC is a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can buy

We sell to customers in the United States only. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete order information.

Products

We sell art posters, available unframed and as ready-to-hang framed prints. Prints are made to order by our fulfillment partner.

We work hard to show our products accurately, but colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product, and between print runs. Sizes, paper and frame details are described on each product page. Framed items arrive ready to hang, with hanging hardware included.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability, and will refund you if we do.

Orders, shipping and claims

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, damage and quality claims are covered in our Refund Policy, including the required video evidence and the time limit for reporting problems. All items are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, designs, text, logos and other content on this site belong to FrameTack or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical print for personal display. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, resell, license, or use the artwork commercially, or to use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Scrape, copy or reuse our content or images without permission
  • Submit false orders, false claims, or manipulated or altered images or video
  • Abuse our exchange process

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wren Harbor 26 LLC, doing business as FrameTack, its members, and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Wren Harbor 26 LLC, doing business as FrameTack from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are fulfilled by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services you reach through our site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Wren Harbor 26 LLC is organized in Wyoming. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Please contact us first at support@frametack.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply once posted on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
